‘I have been a patient with this practice for many years and if I had to change my GP practice (e.g if I moved so far away that it could not be avoided) I would be heartbroken. I have experienced nothing but thoroughly good care and consideration by ALL the staff; Receptionists, Practice Manager and of course, the GPs. My two pregnancies were looked after here and my children, although now grown up, are still registered here. They don’t want to move from the care of this practice either. There are many complaints made about the NHS and we know the system is stretched to capacity and sometimes it may be difficult to get an appointment at the precise moment you would like one, but the staff here are accommodating and kind and will do their best to help. I have been helped through health crises, listened to and always referred on without hesitation when it has been needed. Hammersmith Surgery is a big practice, it is a busy practice but it is a good one.’
