Have your say on health and social care services in Hammersmith and Fulham
Healthwatch Hammersmith and Fulham is the independent consumer champion for health and social care, and we are an existing provider in the borough since April 2020.
Healthwatch was created by the health and social care reforms of 2012 with a powerful ambition of putting people at the centre of health and social care.
We will play a role at both local and national level to make sure that your experience of health and social care are taken into account by the service provider.
Tell us about your experiences of health and social care services in our area and help us improve services for the people of Hammersmith and Fulham.

In line with the latest government advice to minimise the spread of COVID 19/Coronavirus, the practice has taken the difficult but necessary steps to adapt how we deliver care to all of our patients.
We would appreciate you continue to wear a face covering whilst on the premises.
All new appointments will be dealt with by a GP, or our practice pharmacist, via the telephone. This will be completed on the same day that you have made contact with the practice.
If the GP or pharmacist requires you to have a face to face consultation, you will then be offered an appointment. We hope to be able to see you on the same day, but we anticipate that we will be very busy and may need to defer face to face appointments to the next day.
We continue to follow guidance from Public Health England, which is that all adults and children with a continuous cough OR fever >37.8C are advised to self-isolate for 10 days, and:
If you have ANY other symptoms or on-going problems, need to speak to one of our clinical team urgently, or you had an appointment which has been cancelled, please call the surgery on 020 8741 3944 so we can arrange to support you in the safest way possible.
Thank you for understanding.
We offer a FREE stop smoking service every Monday afternoon between 12:00 and 18:00. This service is available by appointment only. You’ll be seen by a Senior Specialist Advisor from Kick It Stop Smoking Service who will be able to give you expert help and support to guide you through your quit attempt, and information about medications you can take that can make it easier for you to go smoke-free. You can expect to be seen by the advisor once a week for about six weeks.
We know stopping smoking can be difficult, which is why we aim to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, in which you are 3 times more likely to be successful, and we’ll work on a personal quit plan for you. If you’re not available to attend appointments during clinic times, let us know and our advisor can contact you with information about other ways you can access the service.
Please call the surgery on 020 8741 3944 to book an appointment.
